Leather and Vinyl  Restoration, Repair and Maintenance

Stripping
Each piece is carefully stripped of the old finish by hand, preventing damage to fine woods and veneers. We do not dip or soak furniture. After the finish is applied, the finish needs to be finished. The finish is then hand rubbed to either a satin or gloss sheen We own a Dealership in Howard restoration products and a high tech water purification process that removes and collects hazardous chemicals which are then disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.

Repairs / Reproduction
Once your item is stripped, cleaned, and properly dried, we perform any necessary repairs or rebuilding. Pieces are disassembled, repaired, and any broken or missing pieces are skillfully reproduced. Custom Finishing, French Polishing and scratch removal
After any necessary repairs are complete, your item is then hand sanded in preparation for custom staining. The finish is custom matched to anything you may need or request. We also do custom paints and textures that may be needed to restore your item to the original look and feel it once had.

Once color is applied, we apply a very durable urethane clear coat. This usually consists of three coats, hand wet sanded between each coat, then polished. On Site Touch-up & Repairs
Our company can provide the fine craftsmanship and the lost art of touch-up for your damaged furniture in the convenience of your home or business. We can touch-up nicks, dings, gouges, water spots, cigarette burns, and more. These repairs can usually be done without a total restoration, although some cases may require a partial or total restoration. Once a piece is examined, the necessary amount of restoration or repair can be determined. We are Mohawk certified in wood repair and refinishing.
